Q: Do you do legal aid work?
A: Yes we do.

Q: Am I eligible for legal aid?
A: If you are unemployed or in receipt of Centrelink benefits, it is more than likely you are eligible for legal aid. Legal Aid has a means and merits test that needs to be satisfied. For more information, please visit the Legal Aid website.

Q: How do I apply for legal aid?
A: We can complete your application for legal aid at the initial consultation. No charge applies to complete this application for you.

Q: What if I’m not eligible for legal aid?
A: There is a fee for the initial consultation, and at that consultation the fee will be discussed. Costs would be disclosed to you and a written agreement entered into.

Q: What are your fees?
A: All our legal costs will be discussed and explained to you at our initial consultation.

Q: What courts do you attend?
A: Campbelltown, Camden, Liverpool, Fairfield, Burwood, Parramatta, Sydney, Port Kembla, Wollongong, Nowra, Moss Vale, Picton. In all of these areas, we attend at the Children’s Court, Local Court, District Court, Family Court of Australia and Federal Magistrate’s Court.

Q: What areas of law do you accept instructions?
A: We do work in all areas specified in our Services section.

Q: Where are you located?
