Conveyancing

JPM Legal has been providing quality conveyancing services to our clients at an affordable price for over 40 years. We provide the benefit of our expertise in conveyancing with the security of specialised legal assistance from JPM Legal.

JPM Legal offers a ‘fixed fee’ service which includes a generous allowance to cover disbursements which include property enquiries and searches – you will appreciate the peace of mind of being provided with a professional service at a fixed fee.  If the allowance included in our fixed fee is exceeded (which is rare but can happen), we will let you know the additional cost which allows you to budget for your transaction with confidence.

We utilise the latest up to date technology and on-line facilities to manage your matter with the utmost of speed and efficiency.

Do you have your affairs in order?

If you are buying or selling, it is an ideal time to review your current Will, enduring power of attorney and appointment of enduring guardian, or if you do not have those documents in place, to arrange to put them in place.  It is important your affairs are in order in the event you suffer a loss of mental capacity (which can happen as a result of an accident) or you die.  You would not want to leave your family with the stress of not being able to manage your financial affairs because you have not signed an enduring power of attorney.  Likewise if you die, you would not want to leave your family with the stress of dealing with your estate under the intestacy laws because you do not have a Will.

Eileen Meehan is an experienced estate planning lawyer who can review your current Will and other documents, and provide you with advice regarding your estate plan for your unique circumstances and all this can be completed before settlement of the sale or purchase of your home.  Keiran will discuss this with you when she meets with you regarding your sale or purchase.
